Well, we have finally opened our restaurant, Catelli's!

We had a successful grand opening celebration this weekend, with live music, food, kids planting seeds in the garden and local wine tastings, including: Gallo, MacMurray, Ferrari Carano, Pedroncelli, Ramazzotti, Dancing Lady, Tatsuo, Sbragia, Lago di Merlo, and Trentadue.

Jim Pedroncelli, or "Uncle Jim," as Nick and I know him, gave a wonderful speech and reminded many of the locals what Catelli's Restaurant was like back in the day!

Thanks to Guy Fieri for coming out to support Nick and I with a heart felt speech about his faith in us and stories of Nick when he was a dishwasher for Guy almost 14 years ago!
