 Lychee and Blackberry Summer Fruit PopsMaking your own popsicles is fast, fun and easy. You can get the kids involved by filling the molds and helping pick out some unusual fruits and juices.Ingredients: 3 cups lychee juice or 2 cups fresh peeled and seeded lychee blended with 1 cup water 1 pint fresh blackberries (you can use raspberries, cut up strawberries or anything you choose) 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped Popsicle molds or ice tray, toothpicks and saran wrap.
